1. Agreement
This website is operated by ("Nestria", "we", "us"). By visiting the Site or placing an order you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy, which are incorporated here by reference.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Site.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By placing an order you confirm that you are.
3. Products
We make reasonable efforts to display our product and its colours accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen shows colour exactly as it appears in person. Product dimensions are approximate and subject to normal manufacturing tolerance.
Our product is not a medical device. The Emotional Support Blanket is a comfort product. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition in animals or people, and it does not treat or cure anxiety disorders. Statements on this Site describe the experiences customers have reported. If your dog's anxiety is severe, worsening, or newly appeared, consult a veterinarian.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue any product, and refuse any order at our discretion.
4. Pricing and payment
All prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise, and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include import duties or taxes charged by your own country — see our Shipping Policy.
We make every effort to price accurately, but errors happen. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your payment taken.
Promotional pricing, bundle discounts and countdown offers are valid only while displayed and may be withdrawn or changed at any time. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to completed orders.
By submitting payment details you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method.
5. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you a confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order that appears fraudulent, breaches these terms, is placed by a reseller, or where the product is unavailable. If we cancel after taking payment, we refund you in full.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this Site — text, photographs, video, graphics, logos and layout — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or use it commercially without our written permission.
7. Customer submissions
If you submit a review, photograph, comment or other content to us, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, edit for length, and publish it in connection with our business, including in marketing. You confirm the content is your own, is accurate, and does not infringe anyone else's rights.
We may publish, decline to publish, or remove any submission. We do not edit reviews to make them more positive.
8. Prohibited uses
You may not use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to transmit malware, to scrape or harvest data, to interfere with its security features, or to impersonate another person.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, or that results obtained from using our product will meet your expectations.
Nothing in this section excludes any warranty or guarantee that cannot be excluded under the law of your country, including the Australian Consumer Law and UK and EU consumer protection law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the product.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Site or our product.
This limitation does not apply to death or personal injury caused by our negligence, to fraud, or to any liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless florida and its officers, employees and suppliers from any claim arising out of your breach of these terms or your violation of any law or third-party right.
12. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, that provision is severed and the remainder stays in force.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
If you are a consumer in the UK, EU or Australia, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts.

We may update these terms at any time. The current version is always posted here and applies to orders placed after it is posted.
